DONATIONS - Thank you for choosing the online option to make your donation to the Corpus Christi Crab Feed and Auction. Making your donation online is new to the Auction this year. Your online donation involves three steps on 4 pages:
STEP THREE:
Receive a confirmation page after pressing the submit button at the bottom of the donation page; Check to make sure the data you sent to us is as you intended; Print off 2 copies of the confirmation page;
Please, Please, Please - Attach one copy to your donation (merchandise, cash, gift certificate etc.) and bring to the school office (confirmation attached);
Retain the second copy with our Federal Income Tax ID #94-1535363 included. Please press Donate Two below:
School Families - Special Note: If you've already read through Step One and successfully made your first donation, you may skip directly to the input form by clicking here to make your second online donation.
If You Do Make A Mistake When Filling in the Donation Form: You can easily make corrections BEFORE SUBMITTING the donation form by going directly to the affected field and re-entering the correct data. Note: Using the RESET button at the very bottom of the form clears data from every field in the form. If you make a mistake AFTER PRESSING THE SUBMIT BUTTON, contact the webmaster with your corrections by Clicking Here. Please press the Donate Three button below to continue.
When Your Form is Filled In: Please carefully check the information you've entered and make necessary corrections BEFORE clicking the SUBMIT BUTTON ONCE. If you click the SUBMIT BUTTON TWICE, we will receive your donation TWICE. Once you click SUBMIT, your donation information is uploaded to the Auction database where we will have to make corrections manually.
If You Click the Submit Button and Get an Error Message: The Internet may have been too busy to get your data to our server before the server timed out. This typically occurs at "peak usage hours" such as 8am, 12pm and 5pm (Eastern and Pacific time zones). Simply hit your browser's BACK button and click the SUBMIT button a single time (again).
If Your Confirmation Page is Blank (contains no input data): Send an e-mail to the webmaster requesting an e-mail confirmation. You will receive it by return e-mail within 48 hours. Thanks for your understanding. Now, Please Press Donate Four below to submit your online donation to the 2011 Crab Feed and Auction.
STEP TWO - Donations Input Page for Online Donations (Note: if you're part of a party or group donation, enter your individual information below and input the name of the party or group in the Group Donations - enter all names box; we'll hook you up with your co-contributors before the catalog goes to press.)
Some fields are required. You will need to enter data there in order to complete the process. When you are done, you will be directed to an automated confirmation page listing all of your successful entries. Please print two copies of the Confirmation Page. Attach one to each donation when you bring it to the school; keep the second for your tax records. Thank you for supporting Corpus Christi School.
